Dry needling, also known as trigger point dry needling and intramuscular stimulation, is a treatment technique used by various healthcare practitioners, including physical therapists, physicians, and chiropractors.
Dry Needling sessions, not covered by insurance, sessions may be paid using HSA or FSA accounts.

Dr. Rebekah Liberty grew up in Kernersville, NC and comes to the Richmond area by way of Montana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She studied at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. Chiropractic was a way of life from a young age due to family having neck and back issues that were greatly helped through chiropractic care.

Dr. Alli Totzke Alli D. Totzke (Dr. Totzke) earned her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Mercy College of Health Sciences, and her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences. She moved from the Chicagoland suburbs to the area to experience the beautiful Virginia outdoors.

Dr. Totzke is Webster Certified, and has earned several certificates in Acupuncture to enhance her approach of a holistic model of care. Dr. Totzke also has spoken at several nationally recognized conferences on leadership in the chiropractic profession, as well as has advocated for patient accessibility to care on Capitol Hill. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy for her work on improving patient accessibility.

In her free time, Dr. Totzke enjoys playing board games with her husband and trying all the best local bakeries.

Dr. Theresa Neiss

Theresa M. Neiss, D.C. (Dr. Tree) earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and her Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College. She relocated from upstate New York to this area in 2003 and purchased her home in Montpelier, it was the first site of Montpelier Family Chiropractic which she founded in May of 2005.

Dr. Tree enjoys spending time with her niece, dogs (Fiona and Scooter) and Merlin the cat. When not in the office she can often be found riding horses or playing frisbee with her dogs.

Dr.Tree has been an active Beaverdam Ruritan Club member since 2006, and serving on the Montpelier Center for the Arts and Education Board of Directors. She is a member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, Market Ashland Partnership, the American Chiropractic Association, and the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association.

As a massage therapist, she enjoys customizing the session in order to see the improvements of clients’ mobility, wellness, and decrease of pain.
